The Smoked Trout and Green Mango Salad with Lime Dressing is gorgeous served on Chinese spoons as a nice pass around, or presented on a plate dressed with a banana leaf as part of a shared meal. My Italian Ricotta Doughnut recipe can be made a few days in advance, then fried moments before serving, piping hot, to your guests. They are terribly morish - everyone will want the recipe!
Entertaining guests can be stressful so it’s important to enjoy yourself while you’re in the kitchen because really, we all want to be out in the sun with our guests enjoying a glass of champagne, or my quick and easy Margarita recipe. Set up a cocktail station with the Braun Multiquick Cullinary, provide lots of ice, fresh limes, sugar syrup, tequila and cointreau and let your guest make their own cocktails.
